Deacon Dance
- A derogatory label given to adolescent males who dance tensely and are somewhat afraid of girls.
This label may be localized and not in use amongst the larger LDS populations so be aware of local custom before invoking. In accordance with deaconitis, the concept is that these teenagers need to continue to mature in these specific ways.
